Most software is built for the average of everybody.
That works until the audience has its own vocabulary, its own layouts, and its own idea of what counts as correct. A translated menu on a borrowed design is easy to spot if you know the subject.
We work the other way. The audience settles the hard questions first: which layout, which calculation method, which language, which terms stay untranslated. Narrow products, on purpose.
